Its main body is built from high-strength carbon steel and tool steel, treated with a salt bath nitriding process for superior surface hardness and corrosion resistance.
Each expander is crafted from hardened tool steel, delivering exceptional durability and performance even under heavy use.
With interchangeable expanders, Hirogeru‑kun can handle pipe inner diameters from approximately 31 mm to 62.5 mm, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of applications.

● Minimum Outer Diameter
This refers to the outer diameter of the expander when fully closed.
Please check to ensure your pipe can be inserted properly.

● Maximum Outer Diameter
This is the outer diameter of the expander when it is expanded to its maximum limit using the adjustment mechanism of the main body.

Please note:
The expander does not expand from the minimum to the maximum diameter in a single operation.
