Benefits of Horizontal Pipe Expansion
Unlike pull‑through expanders, Hirogeru‑kun works horizontally, allowing you to expand long or bent pipes, including post‑welded sections, reducing additional work steps.
Low Introductory Cost
Typical forming pressure is about 8 tons. (e.g., expanding a 60.5 mm stainless pipe, 1.2 mm wall thickness to accept same-size pipe in one pass)
Compatible with standard hydraulic presses, making it affordable for workshops and small manufacturers.
Easily mounts on manual or air‑hydraulic presses—just pump or pull the lever.
